The Value of a Review or Feedback

Over the past few years here at Gladstone Region Tours we have asked people to write a review on Trip Advisor, or Google Reviews, as those who are researching for their holiday experiences can have a read.

Obviously 99% of the time we all do our best to get that amazing review, and on the 1% of the time there's nothing you can do to satisfy someone's grievance.

And then you get the likes of corporate clients providing feedback, such as provided by Contract Resources Regional Manager Paul Francis, after an industry update tour with many of their leadership group and executives recently.

Providing feedback such as this not only lets us know we are on the right track, but also inspires us to keep lifting the bar and the standard of our experiences.

No matter who you are, but especially in small businesses, it's so important to get this feedback. So, if you get the opportunity to share some praise publicly via Face Book, Trip Advisor, or Google Reviews please do. If you have some criticism maybe a quiet word on the side allowing the operator to improve, would be thoughtful.
