Many cruise ships visit the Port of Gladstone and here at Gladstone Region Tours we offer a couple of options of tours depending on the length of the visit.
We are located near the Cruise Plaza and the entrance to East Shores Parklands where the markets commence.
City Sights Tour

Let us bring to life its history, stories from the past and how it became an industrial giant and port city to the world.
we will visit two lookouts, one of which overlooks the whole city, our botanic gardens, up through the main street where you can take the downhill walk back to the ship through the east shores market or we can drop you back to the Cruise Plaza.

Tannum Sands and Boyne Island
Duration approx 2 hrs
The twin towns of Boyne Island and Tannum Sands are home to around 11,000 residents along with one of Australia's largest aluminum smelters, a superb swimming beach for those looking to take a dip as well as a surf club which serves very cold beer and a nice lunch.
This tour or service doesn't happen with every cruise liner visit due time constraints, but we can certainly offer it when the ship arrives mid-morning and depart in the evening.
